Thank you for agreeing to speak at AORTIC 2013. We look forward to seeing you in Durban.
This message contains important information regarding your participation in the conference programme and conference logistics. The most current provisional programme can be downloaded here. The poster schedule can be downloaded here. The programme participant brief is available here. We encourage you to review these carefully and ensure that you are familiar with your programme role/s. If you are involved in an Industry Lunch time Symposia or the Opening Ceremony, you will receive separate correspondence on these roles.
Your Programme Role – Chair, Speaker, Poster Presenter
You will have received an email stating how many different roles you have in the AORTIC 2013 programme. As part of the Programme Participant Briefing Process you will have received an individual email message for each of your roles with the specific details for each of your roles. If you have not received these emails, please contact the Programme Secretariat.

Prior to the Conference – Registration
All programme participants must register for the conference. It is the responsibility of all programme participants to arrange their own funding for registration fees, accommodation and travel expenses. Chairs, kindly remind your speakers to register. If you have not already done so, please register right away here.
