Booking Terms & Conditions
- The rates are for one night stay and in USD.
- For any changes or cancellations on your booking please contact Ms. İlayda Damar, idamar@kenes.com in writing.
- Your hotel reservation confirmation letter will be sent after we receive the total amount by bank transfer or credit card.
- Outstanding reservations will be automatically cancelled on 1st of October.
Cancellation Policy of Hotel Reservations
Until October 1st: Cancellation of reservations will be accepted until October 1st, up to which date the accommodation fee will be refunded with a 50.-USD deduction for administrative expenses.
On and after October 1st: The cancellation will be non-refundable.

**Please make your bank transfer for your fee including the bank transfer charges. If the payment received by the organizing secretariat is less than the required total, the participants will be charged for the missing amount.

Holders of Visa or Eurocard / Mastercard may use their cards for charging all costs. Please indicate card number, expiry date and security code on the registration form. Please note that daily exchange rates will be applied and slight differences in the total charged amount may arise due to fluctuations in the daily exchange rates.
